Initial Housecare Visit

An experienced Home Services professional will come to your home and perform an initial 250 item walk-thru. The Jameswood professional will provide you with a comprehensive report outlining the findings. The itemized list will be broken into two categories of work needed; immediately and near future.

Minor Repairs or Handyman items

Minor repairs are items such as door adjustments, re-caulking, repairing broken handles or door knobs, leaky faucets, repair drywall damage, and minor painting, etc..

Seasonal Maintenance

In Canada we are blessed with four distinct seasons and so at the start of each season it is a good preventative maintenance practice to do a seasonal check up, to catch minor repairs before they become major items.

Major Repairs

When a Major Repair is required our Home Service Professional becomes your personal project coordinator. As your project coordinator we will arrange for a comprehensive estimate, supervise the repair, handle the billing and then give you one invoice for the work.

Ongoing Help Around the Home
